37th GST Council meet occurred at Goa with GST rate cuts and the accompanying key declarations were made:
🔹New return recording framework from April 2020

🔹GSTR-9 petitioning for organizations with turnover upto Rs 2 crores discretionary for FY 2017-18 and FY 2018-19
🔹GSTR-9A postponed for FY 2017-18 and FY 2018-19

🔹Integrated discount framework with discount disbursal by single position to be presented from 24th September, 2019.
🔹Aadhar compulsory for enlistment of citizens under GST and it might end up required for asserting discounts.
